All our products are handmade and customized. Orders typically take 5–10 working days to be crafted depending on the design complexity and quantity. During festive seasons or bulk orders, the timeline may extend slightly—but we will inform you in advance.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via reliable courier partners. Shipping charges vary based on product size and destination. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 working days after dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.

Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to courier issues, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed and provide support throughout.

For personalized items, cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation.
