RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
CUSTOM AND HANDMADE PRODUCTS
As all our products are made to order and often customized as per your requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been confirmed and work has begun.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, size, color, and spelling (for nameplates or customized boards) before final confirmation.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your product arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email or WhatsApp us clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
Once verified, we will either offer a replacement or provide store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.
Please note: Damage due to mishandling after delivery is not eligible for return.
INCORRECT ORDER OR PRODUCT ERROR
If there is a mistake on our part (wrong nameplate, incorrect customization, etc.), we will take full responsibility and ensure a corrected version is sent to you at no additional cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation.
Beyond this period, we may have already started production and cannot cancel or refund the amount.
